"Sirens and bells go off"
"Flash on screen ""YOU'RE FIRED!!!""
It was a matter of time.
Anyway, the summer has gone well. I am playing softball for my church, and I am not doing so well, actually, I have a .198 average right now. It's okay. It is only my first year so things will hopefully improve.
"PLUG"
Today I had some good luck, I won another radio contest. this time I won 3 CD's from Cat Country 98.1 WCTK in their Top 5 at 9 contest. so I have to go to Rhode Island on Thursday to pick them up
"Film Review"
I went to see the "Transformers" Movie last friday. The special effects were awesome. I expect a franchise to come from this movie. The action-packed flick features Auto-bots who disguise themselves as everyday machines. In this case, General Motors Automobiles. The main Auto-bot being a 1976 Chevrolet Camaro Fastback. It will grip you from start to finish, save for a few dialogue scenes that strech this CGI-Masterpiece to well over 2 1/2 hours. However... there is much sexual innuendo that is used in this movie, and as such, I would recommend holding off bringing children under 15.

"New TV Show"
"The Singing Bee" on the NBC network is a new program from Phil Gurin (Weakest Link) and is basically "Name That Tune" on steroids. They give you the song, and a phrase from the song, and you have to sing the next line. You don't have to sing it well, you just have to sing it right. They start with 6 contestants and whittle it down to 1 who gets a chance to win $50,000 in cash by correctly singing 5 songs in a row before missing 3. It is a good show, and it is frankly, quite entertaining. However there is a little bit of hokiness in the intro to the final game "The Final Countdown"
"Start playing song "The Final Countdown"
Other than that, It's an awesome program, and I hope It lasts longer than the yet-to-be-aired FOX rip-off "Don't Forget the Lyrics"
