I'm gonna be in a short film!
Like, fer sure. it's part of the 48 Hour Film Fest. I auditioned and I'm gonna be in a 7 minute or so film by Purple Squirrel. It's gonna be a musical, even. we start the movie making process at 6 am tomorrow. (yeah, I need to go to bed...) My first local movie! (not counting the one in our last play, by the same filmmaker who's involved in this short)
The films play in groups. Our's is the 9pm group, both on the 11th and 13th (this upcoming Tuesday and Thursday). They got their genre, and rules this evening, and then called those of us in the casting pool to let us know if we have to set our alarms or not. I'm in! Oh, and it's at the Harvard Exit.
I also got my old laptop back today, y'know, the one I actually paid for! It's back. I put Office, my beloved printer, NetZero, and my antivirus protection back on it, but haven't had time to put a comic book heroine or whatnot on the desktop.
