my celebrity look-a-like mystery
at work, my co-worker said I looked like that actor named 'Ryan'. i'm NEVER told I look like any celebrity, unless you count 'Clark Kent', so I was determined to know exactly which 'Ryan' it was.
so, there's only 3 famous 'Ryan' actors: first one is Ryan Reynolds, the brain-dead ach-tor from Amittyville Horror, which I basically only share a hair color with. After she examined his buff torso for a while, I got her to look at the next one:
Ryan Phillippe, who I actually found a BAD picture of. He was all beardy and wearing normal people clothes. I was like, seriously, he's blonde and a pretty boy, and I won't even consider that one. So, on to the next one:
Ryan Gosling. I'm like, ok, well, definitely not him, and she's like "Yeah, maybe it's him, you kind of look like him!" I'm like, HOW? ok, we both have distinctive noses, but, no, I will not accept that.
Then she's like, maybe it's Ryan Seacrest. I said, no, no, no! He's oooolllllldddd and metrosexual! yuck!
Finally, we figured it out: she meant the Spider-Man guy, TOBEY Maguire. Meaning, I look like a sleepy-faced high-pitched-voiced short guy. Great. Thanks.
I should have taken Ryan Gosling and been happy. :-)
