I'm not shallow; I care deeply about my People Magazine!
I came out of my new apt building w/ my laundry to take to the laundry shed (don't ask), and this woman was walking up the front steps w/ a magazine. "Are you Craig Trolli?"
The mailman delivered to the right number, wrong street. I was like "My trashy magazine! Thanks!" And, of course, it's the 'How we lost 100 pounds!' issue with these housewives in bikinis on the cover....I couldn't be happier! The neighbor seemed kinda granola and a little grossed out, and probably wanted to burn the damned thing. But hey, I was totally wearing the Suzanne Vega shirt I drew myself, so I'm totally not mainstream America, ok?
