After months of waiting for my two heater knobs to be fixed, I took someone's advice and threatened the manager with calling an electrician on my own. Next day, the other manager showed up with the electrician. One manager is kind of a hippie/stoner looking dude, like maybe he works as a barista, and this other manager seems like he plays a lot of Grand Theft Auto. He seemed at a loss when confronted with me, and based on the sounds of my dishwasher rumbling, he says, "um, I brought the electrician to fix your dishwasher!" ???? The electrician is like, no, it's the heater, dude. Anyway, he looks at it, says he'll get the parts from his vehicle and be right back. HE WAS DONE IN LESS THEN 3 MINUTES! Both knobs fixed/replaced. And that was it. Months of using the breaker switch, and that's ALL it took.... sigh.
