Performance Review 2: Judgment Day
Wednesday morning. What's great is how no matter how this thing goes, I'll be better off. What I expect and hope for, of course, is a (more than trivial) raise. If I don't get it, then clearly I need to look for some other line of work. (And that also means I'll slack off somewhat while I go look.)
I've run the numbers and determined how much of a raise I'd need to make this job continue to be worth it. Not that much, really, at least for now. So we'll see.
(There are a lot of positive indicators. But unless appreciation gets converted into money, screw 'em.)
