I guess some people already told you much about this place, so I don't need to repeat.

It's nice to meet you Scherzo-san! SI'm Ryoji Mochizuki, nice to meet you!

You live in Mars, too? I think Ed-san came from there as well...Aaah, I feel like I lived in such an ancient world...

Hullo. Nice to hah, 'meet' you too. Whaever this world is, it's good that it at least has a Web!

I am Mars-born, yes, although I've lived all over. What planet are you from?

Yeah! Most of us won't be able to communicate without these.

I'm from Earth! We're not able to live in the other planets during our time.

I can't help but notice it's a pretty limited Web, though. I get messages, but there don't appear to be any databases or open forums. Perhaps they require special clearance?

Hmpf. It's going to take a bit of time to get used to the idea of... heh, other times. Oooh, this is mess. Pre-colonies Earth... what time frame?

Um, I don't think we have those, unfortunately. It's really a mess here at the moment.

I was from the year 2009.

You don't have those? What kind of a Web is that supposed to be? No, no, no, that'll never do. Open forums are the basis of a civilized society. I'll have to -

Oh. Mrr, I suppose there's no one to take it up with, is there.

We're not capable of doing that yet - as you can see, Adstringedum looks pretty rundown, though some of us are trying to change that.

The scientists, maybe, but I really don't know where they are.

I can see, yes. These are pretty bad conditions. R&D never covered post-apocalyptic, but I will see what I can do. Are you linked up with any organized attempt? I should like to lend a hand.

Yes, speaking of failed science experiment, what happened to the scientists who ran it?

Yes! I'll tell Oliver-san about it.

...I don't know, actually. The others might have a clue, but it's a mystery to me.

Anyone you can connect me with. I can do really quite a lot of things.

I'll have to ask around about these scientists. If they managed something of this magnitude, their civilization must be Class E, even higher... these are usually quite well-organized and responsible.
