The second Jessica walked through the portal, she had a phone call telling her to get to the Triskelion immediately since it was under attack by Hydra, the anti-government militia that had been gaining some steam recently. After a little bit of grumbling to herself (it was raining, and her costume really did not mix well with rain), she set off, just in time to hitch a ride.

"There are easier ways to get to base, Agent Drew," Iron Man said after realizing that it was webbing that hit him.

"Liar," Spider-Woman said. "What's going on, exactly? I get back into town and everything falls apart again? It's not me, is it?"

"Hydra raided some SHIELD bases during the recent unpleasantness. Apparently they got a Quincarrier," Iron Man explained. "Made for an easy sneak attack. Coming up on the Triskelion now. And the way the weather's going, looks like Thor just showed up."

"So what's the plan?" Spider-Woman asked. "Looks like we've got Hulkbusters all over the place taking on the Quincarrier and some action on the roof."

"Hulkbusters don't have the firepower to bring it down. Thor and I will work on that. You make some noise on the deck to make it easier for us. I'll route you through to some of the Hulkbusters. You'll be in charge," Iron Man said. "Get ready to deploy. And welcome back."

Iron Man grabbed the webline and did a loop right over the Quincarrier before breaking the line. Spider-Woman was able to aim herself at the toughest-looking armor on the deck and dropkick that guy in the back at a frankly unsafe speed, shattering the armor and knocking the guy inside it out.

And, actually, out of the armor, too. "Hulkbuster squadron, this is Spider-Woman on the deck of the rogue Quincarrier," Spider-Woman radioed as she started dodging bullets and webbing militiamen. "Iron Man and Thor are in play. They'll do the heavy lifting to bring this thing down. It's up to us to cover them so they can!"

The battle only lasted a few more minutes. While Spider-Woman and the Hulkbusters caused confusion on the deck of the Quincarrier and Iron Man and Thor damaged the engines, Captain America - moments after punching out the leader of this Hydra team on the roof of the Triskelion - threw his shield through the Quincarrier's windshield, taking out the pilot. As the Quincarrier crashed into the Hudson, Iron Man and Thor gave Spider-Woman a lift over to the building where Captain America was talking to Spder-Man.

"What is he doing here?" Spider-Woman asked immediately.

"He's here to help!" Cap said. "He's on the team!"

"Uh, hey!" Spider-Man said, very awkwardly.

"Are you kidding me??" Spider-Woman asked. Miles was a good kid, but so young. And wasn't Cap's whole issue with Peter - the issue that GOT PETER killed - the fact that he was too young? What was going on?

"You see this?" Cap asked, gesturing to the Hydra soldiers all scattered and arrested. "He did this."

"The mess, or...?" Spider-Woman tried.

"He took them out," Cap corrected.

"Well done, young squire," Thor told Spider-Man before giving him a congratulatory slap on the back... which knocked him flat on his face. "Sorry."

"Welcome to the Ultimates, kid," Iron Man added.

Spider-Woman just stared. Seriously, not what she was expecting.
