In the eight days to his 68th birthday, I will be sharing the drawings, illustrations and paintings I've done of Paul McCartney. This is DAY TWO.
"EIGHT DAYS A WEEK"
In the early days of my website, I celebrated birthdays and song lyrics with illustrations. Most of these were ink drawings. This one of Paul playing an acoustic guitar was used to illustrate the song YESTERDAY.
Using ink was a choice of preference but also efficiency. My inking style is fast and I could get more images created in a quicker amount of time. Also, during this time I was "discovering web-creation" both in images and .html web pages.
Digital coloring was used in creating "buttons."
I also was entertained with the process of creating animated gifs, like this one.
