Doctor Who cake
Hi,
I am a student and the Seattle Culinary Academy and am in the Specialty Desserts and Breads program. I am on my wedding cake rotation and decided to do a Doctor Who themed cake. My team and I just finished today and here are the results!
Doctor Who celebration cake made for a Specialty Desserts and Bread school project. This is made entirely out of cake (walnut sponge with Banana mousse because the Doctor likes bananas!) royal icing and fondant. Includes Rose's New Earth shirt, Dimension hopper, Adipose, K9, Ace's backpack, 4's scarf, fob watch, weeping angel and Tardis key.
