Well, obviously you'll have to do it all over again, but with eleven doctors! ;p

I'm joking. But one of Eleven seems warranted.

And I'm really impressed by someone with the patience and stamina to finish a work of that size!

You can use my DnD groups deciding method. Assing all the patterns a number and then roll a dice with the same number on them. :)
It is amazing how we solve a lot of problems that way.
