Dalek Sock One

OK, so I've sort of finished the first of the Dalek Socks my sister wants for her birthday. I'm saying "sort of", because when I was trying it on during knitting (fortunately, we have the same shoe size), I thought it would be too long and therefore cut the toe part extra short. Of course, when I tried on the finished sock, I realised I hadn't actually had the sock pulled up far enough, and now it's just a bit too short to be comfortable.
So I guess I'll just have to frog the last part again and add a few more yellow toe rows. Will make it look better, too.
Anyway, without further ado, I present a chronology of the Dalek Sock (the pictures are somewhat bad because I only had my webcam to take them):
...I'd still like to give the big Heel Dalek a Big Heel Plunger (and, preferably, also a Big Heel Egg Whisk), but I'm not sure if that wouldn't make the sock more "unwearable" - at least the way I'm imagining it.
