Quilting and Ravelry
Yay! I finally got my Ravelry invitation! What a cool community. If you haven't joined or requested an invitation yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!?! I am still figuring out how to do some of the things I want to do on there - I saw a pic of a cute porcupine ami on a "designer's" off-Ravelry website, and I wanted to ask if it was available. However, (s)he was listed under designer name, and I couldn't figure out how to find the correct Ravelry name to send a message. I am sure I will figure it out.
I have been furiously working on my son's quilt. I didn't get it done in time for his birthday this past weekend - in fact, I am only about half done with the quilting. But I want to get it done before I start any more big ami projects. So I need to hurry up and finish it! I have a long list of things I want to make! I will try to remember to take a pic of the quilt to post. I can't do it now - I'm eating breakfast and need to finish getting ready for work and get the kids up and dressed for school/daycare!
