The article is fascinating....particularly, I like the last line the best. Some good writers end the last line with something that you feel you've been kicked in the chest. And damn, it hurt ;-)

Luminous is such a beautiful word, isn't it.....if you look at its derivation(s), and it's even more so..... :-)

Right up there with friendly fire.... Completely agree ala wasting time, space and thought. http://www.soundpolitics.com/ take a gander at this wanting little, ostensibly, "unbiased" forum for Seattle. Take a peek at Stefan Sharkansky's "articles." I get into arguments with him and he what kills me is that he is not a stupid guy, but has the most banal and ridiculous ideas and people buy them.

I also adore reversal, so you've made me think of light wisdom followed by dark luminosity.....luminosity forwarded by light. O! the possibilities abound. Thanks for that!

:-) to the darkly luminous....

Beautiful quote you quoted. And the "Sound" (amusing - referring to Puget Sound in Seattle, but also the double meaning of "sound" as in reasonable) Politics fellow, he is not only complacent, he has, on his personal webpage, some "guidelines" for being a proper father. Gheez.

link 1-- whats up..the anxiety researchers in the list?? you know them or what evar?

link 2-- a lot of those people suck ;)..but I would not mind revolutionizing physics....see my to-do list

link 1,2,&3-- Why not just tell me to 'Get Help!!'...?

I'm getting peace through much life-avoidance...but its hard to know when I'm making a decision ..or when the 'avoidance' is making the decision...to do or not do.. something... (that is the question..) I've done a lot of stuff but find myself very 'resistant' to bounding improvement...so .peace for now - without major depression or anxiety--stabilized by avoidance..

downside \ like I said...Its hard to think what I really want to do...used to pick and choose...now I watch and wait....

Not the best plan ..but hey "the more things you quit, the more things you do" (that's from 'this american life' episode on 'quitting' (opens realplayer yo)...GO to minute 5:00 if you just want to hear this girl's 'quitting' rant)[but hey while I'm at it ..the whole episode is really good its from the ( ... )

link 1,2,&3-- Why not just tell me to 'Get Help!! - because that's not what I meant.

Avoidance is not to be underrated - it has its uses. "Abusing" avoidance - that is something to be careful of, for it can steal ones life. :-)

What if your "stabilization" isn't found ala avoidance, but something else? Just a thought.

Watching and waiting is good.....

"This American Life" ha ha ha ha. Prithee, an oxymoron? ;-) Yo, link didn't work for me. Boo! I think I may be speechless.

Shall try it.....I do indeed have a Real Player - built right here by some "person" in Seattle. Real One Networks or something like that - downtown Seattle.
