I haven't been nearly as crafty as I'd have liked to, but I have plenty o' plans now that I've decided to do a local craft fair! Anyways, here are some picturs of various and sundry things I've made. Some are a bit old, but meh. You guys like to look, right? Right.

Some pottery painting, some Harry Potter stuff, and my very own special Monster Blanket (totes image heavy) )

Hahahah I'm glad someone else thinks its as funny as I do! My friend said it was one of the most frightening things she'd ever seen!

And thanks so much! :D

I seriously LOL'd when I saw the blanket eating the cat. It's so cute and furry. And that sorting hat is awesome, it reminds me of Black Mage/Vivi's hat from Final Fantasy.

The monster blanket is awesome! Hope you saved the kitty before it was too late. *grin*

How long did the Gryffindor patch take? I thought about making an HP patch myself, but I figured since I'd never done embroidery that I should start with something easier; I'm so impressed that was your first one!

Haha, fortunately no kitties were harmed in the making of this LJ post :D

It took two evenings to make. SO maybe 6 or 7 hours? I just remember my fingers hurting real bad by the end. Make sure you use some sort of interfacting or whatev to keep it stable and prevent puckering and stuff. I didn't use any for mine, and boy do I wish I had. Good luck with yours if you try it!! :D
