Halloween crafts part 2 and a quick question

And! I wanted to ask something that's on my mind since a bit: do you think it's possible to make

It's a long sweater (reaches half of my thigh) and a bit large, but very cosy and warm and I've not wear it a lot so I wanted to make something cool out of it.
What do you think? Any advices?
