So! The Vok rescue thingiemadob. I'm not sure we're gonna get everybody together to actually run the thing, so how do we want it to go?
Here, I think, is how it seems to have played out - correct me if I'm wrong, but I just want to establish a common page and stuff.
Mirage and the Vok are joined by Thunderblast, of her own free will. She brings a gift of Steeljaw. Sucks to be you, Steeljaw. They head for the coast, so that they can take advantage of Thunderblast's alt form for transport. Mirage is thankful, because he has been forced to abandon his racecar alt for a city car, and finds this completely humiliating. Dani refuses to disclose the location of the Time Driver disk; Jeff coughs up the location of the modulating Disk.
They are tracked down outside Vancouver, courtesy Hound. With Hound are Bonecrusher, Arcee, Bombshell, and Frenzy. A pitched battle ensues, evened out a little by, presumably, some Vok manipulations. However, there is outnumbering going on, and Bombshell brought a little something that plays merry hell with Mirage's invisibility generator. Dani and Jeff and Steeljaw are reacquired, Mirage is captured, and Thunderblast escapes with the Vok.
All is well and good so far! Except. Bombshell's priority is re-obtaining Mirage and taking him to a love nest secret location for deprogramming goodness. Bonecrusher has put forth the opinion that if Bombshell wants it, he doesn't want Bombshell to have it.
So I ask y'all: Where is my character? *laughing* It's Choose Your Own Adventure time: are you going to let the woefully-led-astray Mirage be mechnapped by the fiendish Bombshell (and presumably Frenzy?), or are you going to Save Him from Bombshell's weevil clutches and take him back to Ratchet or Hook to be (hopefully) deprogrammed? How hard will you fight the perfidious Bombshell for Mirage, if Bombshell pitches an epic bitchfit about having his toy taken away?
