That was such an awesome read, you guys. I was captivated from the very first line and read through all of it too quickly for my tastes. Now I can't wait but hope that there will be more of them together in the future.
Dog seems to, once again, be accurate for Bonecrusher, lol - he really sunk his teeth in and didn't let go, now did he? ;P AND WOO MANLY HUG. I think no one would let him live that one down if it really did leave that room, hah hah! The line "That multi-ton mining vehicle is now currently sliding in right next to the door, shutting it with a click. Subtle is not his style." had me shaking my head sadly. Him and Blackout really do play up those kinds of scenes. XD
AND MIRAGE. DDDD: It really was amazing how he so eloquently avoided everything that was thrown at him, almost to the very end. "/Protect/ him? */snarls,/ his entire face transforming at once* Not. /Hardly./ Rip him to pieces if you like, though I would much /rather/ do so /myself./" had me wanting to either silently cheer Mirage on, pet the kitty to its hearts content or start making grrr faces. But he came around in the end and my god, I hope matters only proceed to improve for him.
TRAAAACKS OMG TRAAAAAAAACKS. I'm so glad he was there to keep things in check; I hate imagining how ugly things could have been without his presence. He really was a comforting crutch for Mirage and a large help to Bonecrusher. That ending was so touching, too - the perfect way to finish this, IMHO. ; . ;

He needs something to think about other than his inevitable doom-by-saying-something-wrong-to-Blackout-AGAIN :D
Also yeah, poor Mirage. He needs more hugs. He and Tracks need to cuddle moar, it's clearly the only way to benefit the both of them! (And what do you mean things would have gotten ugly no way man Bonecrusher never once got out of h-... okay you're right.)
I AM STILL IMPATIENTLY AWAITING THAT. -whines- After reading this, my taste for these three interacting has me thirsting for more.
