Great Truth
I've spent a lot of time on the internet. That statement should not surprise anyone, I just needed an intro, something to lead into the great truth. But I have spent a lot of time, on a lot of sites, reading what a lot of people have to say, and the way they choose to frame it. And there's only one conclusion:
Everyone on the internet is stupid. Forum people. LJ people. Me. You.
However, the other side of this is yet another great truth:
As long as you can keep your head from exploding when you read people's incoherent ramblings on their deeply held opinions about the most trivial topics, and you remember that very few people have any clue what they're talking about, you can still enjoy your time there.
