So, I was told I had to update, and since I haven't updated in forever, I thought okay. Today is St. Patrick's Day, and I have never seen so much excitement over a holiday for the Irish in my life. Nicole, Caleb, and I rode the trolley downtown to enjoy the festivities. They had a booth selling hat's and such, so I bought a great big furry hat for $5 dolla'. It was pretty cold, but I really enjoyed the parade. I haven't seen that much kissing in a long time, lol. Their was one girl who practically made out with one of the BC boys. Micah and Tim's mom, Gail, came and met us there and the first hour of the parade was great. It got kind of old after an hour, but I think that was the cold hands and nose talking. In all of my marching band career, I have never actually watched a parade. I've marched in plenty, but I've never watched one in person, and it was pretty enjoyable. There was this kid behind us that was trying to make money off of other peoples bladders. He was allowing people to use his bathroom in his house for $5.00. They had a sign that said: $5.00, one person, one visit, one minute... no exceptions, or something like that. He said he made $54 dollars, so I thought that was pretty interesting people actually paid him. We ate at Quiznos afterward, and then headed back to "Savannah." Lol, taking the trolley felt like we went to a different town.... and maybe we did, Ireland! I was really exhausted after the parade, but I had a lot of fun. I will surely go again next year. Today just made me miss Tim that much more....
