What a day!!
Well today was a rather interesting day. I got up went to my lovely 8:00 art class. Which blows. Art at 8:00 in the morning is not a good combination. Then after that I went and met Kristen at the library. Got some much needed drawings done...only 79 more to go....with only a month to draw them in. If you have ideas let me know. Anyways at 12:00 I headed off to my HEV 211 class. Which is a very interesting class. Then after that I had music. Which blows also. but anyways did my teacher practicum and got that out of the way. After that class was finally over i headed to CDO 230. Normally that class is kinda boring and interesting at the same time. If that can even happen. But today we had guests speakers in and well they all had a stuttering problem. So it was a very interesting and exciting class to attend. It seemed that even though they have the problem that it doesn't stop what they do. I mean one or even two of the guys were in graduate school. Which is pretty talented because look at all the people that don't have that problem I mean most of them don't even go to college. I give a lot of credit to the 4 guys that talked to us today. I mean I can't even stand up in front of a crowd and give a speech without worrying what people are going to think about my normal speaking skills. This class got me thinking that I really am fine the way I am and that I am darn lucky that i don't have some severe problem or disease. I mean even though I'm not the typical girl shall i say I still have the right to be just like everyone else. Not saying that i don't have my flaws, which I do. I'm just saying that it sucks when you have to look at someone else to realize just how good you have it. I always thought of myself as someone who has a good personality. but do I really??? That's a question to ponder and a good way to end it today.
