last was cool. hung out in muckels quad all night playing board games and eating. good shit. no alcohol too...weird. anyways. we played some settlers of katan. good game. muckel, hoesing, and brian were also playing. damn brian buys alot of dev cards. i went for the sheep again. there was an 8 with sheep. had to go for it. so i put one settlement of near the 8 and my other one right on the sheep port. yea bitch. sheepness is the ultimate strategy. for those of you unfamlilar with settlers of katan and the ULTIMATE sheep strategy developed by ben:
settlers is a cool game about gaining resources and builing town and cities. the map is made up of regions, each a different product. like sheep,wheat,clay,wood,stone.now. each region is a hexagon and you can only build on the edges of a region and only every two spaces. so the most town you can put on one region is 3. WELL!! THE ULTIMATE SHEEP STRATEGY is all about sheep. you get a sheep region and build towns all around it so your the only one with access to it. THEN. You need to get a sheep port: which lets you trade any 2 resources for another. NOW the game is yours. the power of sheep cannot be defeated. bahahahahaha.
i didnt win. BUT I CAME DAMN CLOSE. if hoesing hadnt won on his turn i wouldve won on my turn. SADNESS.
AFTER our intense game of settlers. WE BROKE OUT THE RISK. world domination is what im all about. just ask brad. brads all about world domination too. but he'll never beat me. Now, let me preface this bit on RISK by saying that i am extremely good at RISK. Aside from the fact that i enjoy tooting my own horn, i really am very good. i dont usually lose. nobody can win all the time. soemtimes you just get shitty starting countries and its too hard to fix. which is SADNESS. But i always to do pretty good. however, even with a rather bad starting position, i pulled out the win and once again the black european horde conquered the world. it almost wasnt to be though. there was talk before hand of teaming up and killing me right off the bat as a joke to make me watch everyone else play on my gameboard. its almost impossible to win if everyone teams up on you from the start. DAMN YOU ELIZABETH KUPERBERG AND CASSANDRA TELENKO!!! YOUR ALL CHEATERS AND SORE LOSERS!!!! i almost had them too even with there dastardly teaming up. >O !!
after RISK it was about 3am and definitly time to crash. so that was that. sadly i got no studying done yesterday and we're already into todays afternoon, i gotta get cranking on my physics studying. thats all for now i guess.
