What a crazy week this past one has been. Just last night, I told my stepmom and DAD that I was going to be a DAD. As expected, my DAD freaked out a little bit, but all in all, I think hes just as psyched as I am about the deal, Its just going to be tough for a while with money until I get out of school and find a good job. My stepmom on the other hand was totally pumped from the get-go. Once I told them, I got a whole new sence of..."Holy shit,...this is really happening!".
In other news......
I went to a really weird show the other night. weird as in, the line up was weird. It was Adair, ETID, from first to last, and story of the year. I was only really interested in ETID's set. They played second strangely enough and since I was starving from the moment that we got there, I bolted to get some food after they were done. My friend Blake and I went to Ru Sans that just happened to be next door. The place was crawling with people there to see FFTL and SOTY.
It was really odd. A bunch of adults were getting wasted at the bar in preparation to go see, what I deemed as teenybopper bands while a bunch of kids inside the venue who were half there age were doing the " Im at a show and dont know how to act appropriatley" thing. I actually had a girl tell me that she was saving the spot I was standing in at the time for her friends.
anyway,..back to Ru Sans.............
so me and Blake are eating some badass jap food and the place finally dies down when all the drunk people that were there for the show leave. Its funny because I feel like I willed it with my mind because I was just thinking how cool it would be if Etid came in to grab a bite and we got a chance to talk to them. Well the band didnt come in but Keith did and he sat down a seat away from us at the sushi bar. Long story short,...We chit chatted about a couple things and then he offered me to take a shot of SAKI with him. No, I wasnt cool at all if thats what you are thinking. I totally dorked out with the random conversation I was making with the dude but he was cool nonetheless. Thats it,..ive typed too much
