Summary: Passion is all well and good, but when the fire dies down and all you're left with are the smoking remains of your house, where the heck are you going to live then?
Notes: A complex and well-drawn Chapel who gets (inevitably) unraveled by a gruff and insightful McCoy. What can I say. I am a sucker for these two.

Summary: Winona Kirk and Chris Pike have angry sex in the middle of The Interview, because she is sick of being Mrs. Dead George Kirk.
Notes: What I love about this is the way the reader is just thrown right into the porn and then the gorgeous quality of the writing takes over and makes it about so much more than just the sex. Winona is strong but tired and you can see the hints of the man Pike will become.
