So I know everyone's going to have a whole lot of smug bullshit to say about this, but I'm really getting the hang of this.
I found one of the kitchen idiots who can't tell salt from sugar who's actually really good with math, so I stuck him on the books and just go over them before we close every night. I've changed the menu up to better fit with what we're doing back here, and everyone can't stop talking about how much better it is than before. Crowds are in here all the time, and we've even be able to pay to get some better equipment back here in the kitchen. I can fire the useless people, promote the good ones, and move them around according to what they're good at. I'm still not sure what I'm doing with the inn section of the business, but we're taking in so much money from the taproom that it doesn't really matter if we just torch the fucking thing.
The boss is healing up, he'll probably be back in next month. I think he's going to be pretty fucking impressed when he shows up and everything is working smooth as a fucking buttered trout.
