Do you think Lt. Cmdr. Faith Coleman (Alicia Coppola) deserves a minor mention under additional characters since she does seem to be the default JAG presence on the show?
It's well worth taking a drive through the cast commentories on the official site. While the actor bios are up to date, the character bios aren't, unfortunately. But what there is (Gibbs, Tony, Abby and Ducky) are just wonderfully silly. Especially the poor dope who had to interview Ducky.

Interesting. My parents keep trying to get me interested in this show and go on and on about how much like one of the characters I am. I have heretofore assumed that is because my name is Abi which seems like, you know, enough for my parents. *giggle*
