Why this must be read: This story is an A/U look at both Dan and Casey. Instead of sportscasters, they work in weather, but it seems like they still have all the same problems. They also still have the perfect banter and relationship that needs to resonate for any fan of the show and the boys. "It's about why our network, which if you recall had some fairly interesting financial issues last year, isn't shelling out an extra thousand bucks so you can dance around in your underwear to whatever indie crap you've currently got on your iPod."
"I hope you're not under the impression that it's your presence that's stopping me. When I have to groove, Casey ..."
"So what? You think our producers are trying to set us up?”
"I don't know if you noticed, but it kinda' seems like it's working."
