Okay so white Fersen frock coat = Not going to happen now. My luck was going from bad to worse... not only do I not have a pattern, I have lost ALL my sewing needles AND white cotton AND scissors. FAIL!
I'm sure most of you know that Expo is in 2 weeks... well I am NOWHERE NEAR finished. I have Rio de Bravo!Mizu done, and all I need now is to dye my hair dark brown again. And buy tanning stuff hahahah. But Fersen...
I have the shoes, cravat, wig, shirt and white tights. Nothing else. LUCKILY, my dear mother bought me a navy blue frock coat on eBay that I can alter and add all my pretty gold patterns to once it arrives. It will take 4 - 6 working days to get here. Which means next week. THE WEEK BEFORE EXPO. Can you tell I'm freaking out yet? D: I know I'll be able to get it all finished, but having a week to spare reminds me of last time I made a Zuka cosplay, and I only finished 3 HOURS before I left the house, and I hadn't even slept. That was 3am the same day I was leaving for London. Not fun >>
So the plan now, is to finish shoes, cravat, lacy cuffs, bow for the wig, and the pants before my coat gets here.
