This is pretty much immaculate: not a word is wasted. The atmosphere is drenched in tension (and its release) and as always from this writer, the emotion between Sam and Dean is deep, and complicated, and very beautiful.
Be Awake

Dean has a concussion.
This really captures that blurry, perspective change-y, jump-cutty sensation of having a concussion: throughout, though, Sam is always there, keeping Dean awake, taking care of him, looking after him. This is kind of gritty and realistic and very sweet, all at the same time.

The sheer randomness of this set of encounters is just hilarious, and the dialogue somehow very convincing. I for one believe that at least some of this has happened.
