How Sam Winchester Got A Clue
holy_juice | PG-13 | crack, humour, seducing angels, one-sided Castiel/Dean
Sam Winchester wakes up in a world that isn’t his own; an angel is trying to seduce his brother, the King of Hell seems to think he’s an animal, and everyone he sleeps with happens to have died. But still, why the hell is Dean coming on to him?
Utterly hilarious and completely cracky, and yet, horrifically possible.

i stepped into an avalanche (it covered up my soul)
missy_useless | R | mentions of torture, substance abuse and self-harm
These are the things that define you as a person: playing superhero and bad guy with your brother and a wall breaking and all the things in between that refuse to fit back together into a life. [written before 7x01]
The second-person narrative and distinct style isn't for everyone, but there's something stark and painful about the way this fic pulls no punches and shows us a much sadder and darker headspace for Sam after S6, blurring the lines between what happened in Sam's head and what he actually remembers. And yet, through it all, Dean's always there, the indestructible link that ties Sam to the world.

You Me and the Devil Makes Three
littleworkerbee | R | Implied non-con between Sam and Lucifer
Set sometime post-7.02. Lucifer’s a cockblock and Sam is frustrated.
Everyone is beautifully IC, and it gives us a peek at what life living with Lucifer is like.

The Truncated Love Story of Smith and Wesson
glovered | R | Dean Smith/Sam Wesson.
Smith and Wesson take on the world.
Takes an excellent premise-what if the fake memories had lasted longer?-and goes to town with it. Except the rest of the world hasn’t forgotten …

shadows of falsehood
alwaysenduphere | R | underage (sam is 15)
You believe you can do anything, when Dean says you can.
An interesting premise and different style, with fantastic characterizations and one hell of an ending.

I will build for my family a bulletproof love
withdiamonds | R | canon character death
In the days and weeks following John's death, Sam and Dean hole up at Bobby's. Dean works on fixing the car, needing to rebuild their family home for him and Sam. Sam stews and fidgets over Dean's grief and anger, dealing with his own grief and guilt, looking for cases to distract his brother. Takes place after IMTOD, on through ELAC. In other words, spoilers through 2.02. Written for the Sam and Dean Mini-Bang.
Heartbreak, loss, guilt, and fixing the Impala. Everything we saw during the episodes, but with lovely imagery and wonderful characterizations for the boys.
