have not smoked since saturday morning. Have I quit? Give me a few more weeks. Pretty boring stuff, I know. Earlier tonite was at Millenium resort attending an orientation for medical personnel at PF Changs rock-n-roll marathon. Massage therapists provide pre and post event massage. The "Rock Doc" orientation orator was fairly excited about some possible record breaking in 1/2 marathon, and raising millions for cancer research. 4:45 am mandatory start time for us has me not excited. For all you race crashers, "rock doc" says wear a stethescope and cops will let you thru barricades. don't let em know I told u.
