So that's what she's pitching a fit over this time around, hmm? Don't worry, dear. Daphne and I are talking right now and we have a plan. This will be fun.

Oh, but you don't know the plan, sweeting. Let me explain.
This shall leave Granger gaping like a fish out of water and not knowing what to say and therefore being rendered speechless and finally shutting up for at least several seconds.

Bring me those books that she's sending you so I can see what the topic's all about, for starters. Daphne and I shall help you out with the subject matter and then when she sees that you apparently understand whatever insanely complicated topic she's determined to bang on about, she might even faint from the shock.
Re: Vincent}}Tracey}}Daphnebright_ambitionMarch 1 2007, 11:57:48 UTC
Well. You can then say that it's apparent that she's not the ONLY smart person in the world. Hand-raising is not an indication of intelligence, after all.
Re: Vincent}}Tracey}}Daphnebright_ambitionMarch 1 2007, 11:59:55 UTC
What, making her understand that the hand-waving frequency is not necessarily directly proportional to intelligence level?
We could just take the simple route and let drop the little factoid that Blaise gets better marks than she does in Ancient Runes. But this would be more subtle and entertaining in the end, I think.

Pfft. The overwhelming majority of the school is not as bad as Granger. I think the only person who'd WANT to work with her on a project would be Weasley, and that'd be because he'd be spending quality time with her and all the more opportunity to get into her prissy knickers.

I hope we get the chance to see Granger's face for ourselves. I'm sure her reaction will be... most enjoyable.
Besides this might be good for her, so to speak.

Oh, I'd love to see her reaction to that little factoid. Though being who she is and such, it is somewhat likely that she mightn't believe us.

That being said, we all free to go over this stuff tomorrow afternoon when the books arrive?

At least she won't be as bad as Granger.
