anywho,today was the voice recital!!! it was sooooo amazing!!! major major major kudos to Steph & Tyler for their jaw-dropping duet @ the end. it was beautiful and quite the grand finale!!! you both have absolutely wonderful unique voices. wow, i have chills even now. I nearly cried because it was so touching! everyone performed beautifully and I'm so proud! I love Mrs. Patterson!! she's so cute & i love her stories haha.. me, you ask? haha well i went out there and sang. not my best but hey, it was my first-time and i'm glad I didn't back out of it. i hate quitting. all in all, i'm patting myself on the back for it and I cannot wait for next time!! i've got the singing bug haha.
thanks Steph for the voice tips today and for calling me yesterday; i'm glad you all had a grand old time! Happy Belated b-day JR! sorry I couldn't make it! i went shopping and then spent some quality time with my history stuff!
the weather is absolutely gorgeous right now. i'm listening to Rachael Yamagata..haha brings back good memories of last year. wow...haha good times. listen to Rachael Yamagata, i love her music!! today after the recital, my mom had to go to work for a bit then came back & took us to Sea Island yummy then we went to Borders. i've had an amazing weekend what with the symphony, studying, friends(@ symphony,review, & recital haha!),shopping(that's always sweet!) recital(AWESOME), home time(i started cross-stitching some stuff haha) and I hope that all my optimism and energy transfers into tomorrow morning. good luck to everyone on the English AP!! we can do it! i'm definitely holding a pre-exam yoga session tomorrow morning haha. what can i say? i wake up @ 5 by habit. i'm actually not worried about English; I just know that it's going to be super long and I hope I don't fall out of the test-mode. it'd be cool if we could listen to music while taking it haha. the great thing about exams? well it symbolizes the end of the year!!!
well i'm off to practice my dances for modern interpretative woohoo, watch Grey's Anatomy if i can, review more for English, then hit the hay! good night all and sweet dreams! God bless!
