I <3 being a MatchMaker

Last week my friend wanted to go to the UC for the first time. So I said I was going to take him there after work. Well he greeted me at the door, and I show him around and we started to dance on the floor. A little while earlier another friend wanted to hang out with me, but I told him that I was going to the UC with a friend. Well he came strolling up to us and I could tell he was almost drunk. I felt a little embarrass, but he saw my friend I took to the UC and wanted me to introduce them. Well I could tell my friend felt a little uncomfortable, but he was polite. Well my friend got a lot of eyes and a number, and his friend had her first lesbian hit on her. Well we called it an evening, and my half drunk friend wanted to get something to eat. So we went to the Steak and Shake, well we ate and we talked mostly about my friend I took to the UC.

My friend seems to really like him, well then who came through the door but my friend who we were just talking about. We had a great time talking. We were there until early morning. We all went home and they exchange phone numbers. Well I had to spend the rest of the week giving each of them information about the other, and they wanted to meet. So we went to a party on Friday, and they talked. After we went to McDonalds, and they talked some more, and they talked all night. I’m telling you the best thing about being a matchmaker is when I saw them interact with one another. Like we was sitting eating and talking on couches, and one of my friends sat on the couch with his laptop, and the other sat down next to him and the one with the laptop rested him head on his chest and they stay like that so sweet. I couldn’t help but to smile. I felt a little prideful, thinking I help do this.
