Okay.. time for todays 'Shit hit the fan' report. I will spare you and cut it.
Got the paperwork back from the state.. apparently the $350/week I was supposed to be getting turned into $169/week which means I can pay rent and NOTHING ELSE.. So I have to call up EDD and have a nice little chat with them.
I ended up having to pay a friend to take out my trash for me because I simply CANNOT handle hauling that shit up and down the stairs right now.. My back is killing me so much that I'm in tears... broke down and took some more Naproxen to try to get it to behave.. bleh I HATE taking drugs.
Talked with my lawyer, turns out that I wont get my car payments paid for me until the case SETTLES.. which means I have to try and come up with $303 by the 27th or they repossess my car. Looks like I will have to go take out a loan from my parents and pay them back when the case settles.
My mother says I have to talk to my dad about a loan, so I'm going to talk to my father about it when he gets home from the firing range tonight.. Apparently he had another qualification re-test he had to take for the sheriff's dept. Oh well, I can wait.
So as it stands now I have rent that's due on the 1st (Which reminds me, they're raising my rent by $55 starting june first.. AARRGH!). Anyway, I have rent. but I have no money for bills, and $40 to my name until I get a check. If EDD says their calculations are right, then I am truely and royally fucked.
