What does combat mean, if it has been reduced only to sport? When true combat is sport, then spot must be play. Playing is the only act you can perform when the true act has lost its meaning. But if combat is reduced to sport, and sport is reduced to play, even play becomes nothing. When the truth of the act is removed, the meaning of all imitations goes as well; they become imitations of nothing.
