I’m now started into the world of a Full Scale Restaurant. What a Mother Fucking difference! I get a professional side of everything where challenges and expectations are in attendance and promotions are given monthly. This time next year I should easily become a AGM which assists the General Manager at 4,000 grand more a year than I currently make now (4,000 more than bk...lol...bigger...parties…hehe).
I’m so happy to be there too. The staff and problems are met by everybody. The area manager has full power and authority and leadership, and my possibilities are endless. I look at this company though as still a pawn, food industry is too fucking easy. There will be a day where I sit in Mr. Hendrix chair making 150,000 a year to just watch and hire managers. Give me a break! These business gross over 2 million a year! I’ll take a piece of that pie!
