SPECIAL HERBS
I was out yesterday at a used CD store in ottawa. I don't know why I went because over the last year, I've refused to purchase CDs or DVDs just because of the sheer obviousness that it's a huge waste of money. To add to that, I know that every 10 steps you take in the market in ottawa you are approached by poverty and asked to spare change. To purchase something so trivial as a CD along side such poverty makes me feel...well....pretty damned guilty.

Well yesterday I saw "MF DOOM - Special Herbs" instrumentals box set. never cared much for MF Doom and never even heard about his Special Herbs collection, but I figured it looked so interesting I'd give it a shot.
brought it home and...

IT'S ALL THE MF DOOM WITH NONE OF THE NONSENSE LYRICS. finally i can hear his damn beats without his damn voice in the way. and honestly, ive only listened to the first disc so far. its so good i'm not even considering checking out what's on the second or third disc anytime soon. these beats are marvelous, and listening to these dope as hell beats is a wonderful feeling. first thing i did when i got back from work was throw on this album. mayn, i cant stress the dopeness.
