Sharing Time

We had a rather odd staff meeting today. There weren't any agenda items, so our facilitator made some up. Rather entertaining. There was an impromptu sharing of wisdom where we had to write down one piece of wisdom and then they were all shared. We got updates on where they are in hiring an unfilled position (no update), about the nutria infestation behind the office (no update) and we thanked our facilities manager for updating our lighting (so much brighter in the office now). Then she showed us a video that was really amazing.

This was shown at a Sony Executives Meeting this year. We all found it interesting. Thought I'd share. It's called "Did You Know..."
