of sleeping in
before I get on an airplane again
to get the little things squared away
before diving back in
May 18 is going to come frighteningly soon.
I am sincerely looking forward to figuring out where I will spend the coming years of my life. Info and details will certainly be posted here as they become available.
For now, I will enjoy the time I have, wherever I find myself, whatever I am doing. That will serve as a good New Year's resolution, I do believe.
ADDENDUM:
yesterday I finally found Heidi again, this time in Auburn (south of Seattle), and Mike and I played disc golf with her and her husband Johnny and it was such fun, and we also ate delicious food and reminisced, and WTF are we doing not being in high school playing viola together and instead having significant others and seeing each other once a year or so? also, she has a cat, and I have definitively developed an allergy to cats. egads.
