Here it is again, the obligatory post to let y'all know that I'm not dead. I have slowly but surely been working on a post saying goodbye to Luther, but in the meantime, here's what I've been up to in list form:
- I went to Korea over Christmas, an adventure I plan to recount in vlog form as there is a lot to tell. Let me surmise here: Korean barbecues.
- The Brits left me us. It was very sad. ("See you later." "It's a small world, right?" "It's an even smaller England.")
- I moved out of Luther and into my new fourplex with Emily (my cousin) and Patrick. Good times have been had. I am a real adult now, guys.
- This semester, I am in two film studies courses (contemporary film and theory and aesthetics), a film production class (experimental film), an art class (3D art), and German. These are all proving to be fun, though packed with projects and essays and reviews and such. It will be a busy semester (and I need to work harder this semester to make up for my shitty last semester) but at least most of the projects should be fun. If I pick the right topic, the essays might even be fun too!
- I started watching The OC. I didn't mean to - teen dramas annoy me. I don't know how this happened. Please don't judge me. I plan to review the series through a series of vlogs on youtube so I can better explain exactly why I'm watching it / how I started watching it. I think it will be entertaining to see the OC through the eyes of someone who hates teen dramas but is watching it anyways.
- I've been researching fairies for a podcast I'm working on. It's really very interesting.
- That is pretty much all. I can't remember anything else at the moment.
Toodle pip!
PS
For fans of the Catherine Tate Show (specifically
Lauren Cooper) and a certain other British show, this is lots and lots of fun. Even those unfamiliar with the former should
find this entertaining.

Tomorrow, I turn twenty. WHAT. That's old. Patrick just called me an old fart. NOT YET, PATRICK. TOMORROW I'M AN OLD FART. For today, I am still spritely and youthful.
