It's beginning to feel a lot like...finals...
School is almost done!!!! After tomorrow, I will be much less stressed, because I will be ready to hand in my SM project and not have to worry about another class for awhile!
And then, the day after tomorrow, reality will come crashing back down on me and remind me that I still have finals and several essays to do before I am actually out of the woods. But let's deal with that when it happens, okay?
I had my final SM class today and got to call 3 minutes of a pseudo-show and perform lighting and sound cues. It was SO MUCH FUN!! Really. More fun than I'd anticipated. It reminded me how awesome calling Albatross was last year....good times....but it was also great to word the light and sound. Plus, we got cool headsets, and what's wrong with that? I will likely be pulling an all nighter tomorrow, however, to get my SM done. I was gonna pull one tonight, but then I discovered I had an extra day to put together my prompt book that I didn't realize I had, so instead I plan to go to be early tonight to ready myself for a loooooooong day tomorrow. After all, I have no class Thursday. Ugh. But still!! SM today was awesome.
I keep getting juice and cookies in all my final Luther classes. I'll get more tomorrow in English. Whoot!
I also had hoped to get the next chapter of Lullaby out tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.... :-/
The live action Grinch movie was on TV. I didn't like it overly when I first saw it, but I have to say, it has grown on me. There are some good lines, and who doesn't love Jim Carrey? Also, Jim Carrey's Grinch frequently reminds me of my dear friend Josh. What does it say about Josh that the two fictional characters he most reminds me of are the Grinch and Richard from LFG?
My Aunt Phoebe and Uncle Ron sent me two Christmas care packages. YAY!!!! They made me ridiculously happy! I am really getting in the Christmas spirit, which almost makes the FREEZING COLD PILES OF SNOW bearable! Seriously, it is frakkin' cold outside. I know this is Canada, but STILL. Way too cold. But I am still feeling holiday cheer! Will see how long that holds up tomorrow, what with the work-a-thon....and then finals and essays.....bleh....HOLIDAY CHEEEEEEER!!!
