Saw the new Batman movie, thougt it was prtty good. Not as good as the second movie in Nolan's trilogy, but still up there. Recommended. Not going to post spoilers, because it's so new, but if you likethe darkittydark Dark Knight you should like it.

Season two of Alphas premierd tonight. Possibly the best superhero series in a long time, especially for low magic heroes. Runs over much of the same ground that the XMen wantd to cover, from a more ambiguous post-911 vantage point. Could stil suck, of course. Heroes didn't start to be actively unwatchable until second season, after all. But if you haven't seen it you should give it a try. First season came out on dvd last week, we shotgunned it last week to prepar for the premiere, only 11 episodes what's not to love?
