holiday rant
First and foremost...
I miss you all! I haven't been able to log in and read let alone comment... RL has bitten me in the boo boo.
Over the holiday went to visit family... well silly me I broke my ankle.. now I am waiting to see if ortho-doctors want to put pins in. Yes (takes a bow) I broke it but good.
funny I always thought broken bones would hurt... at first I thought I just sprained it, was walking (hobbling really) Till my Mum looked at my ankle and pronouced 'it's broke!'
I just stared at her, 'Really?' poking at the strange purple colour the skin was turning
she just gave me the "look" folded her arms over her chest and said 'I'm the mum and I know these things'
Drat she had to be right! LOL
Well after several days on crutches (which by the way I loath) I think the doc's should just pin it and let me get back to work...
I mean really how am I expected to ride my horse?
What oh wait I was told in no uncertain terms can i ride my horse...
Really?
I just want to crawl in to a corner and pout.. two months with out riding my horse. Nutz Skip is going to get fatter!
