There was a copy of Wood Beez lying around my high school radio station. I didn't get it then; I don't get it now. I only bought Cupid & Psyche after hearing someone compare Max Tundra's singing to theirs. I can't for the life of me get into the album, but this one song is oddly compelling. I think my main problem is that it really sounds overproduced in high 80s fashion; they may be amazing musicians, but it's hard to hear them behind the obligatory major label gloss.

That might just explain why I kinda like it. I still have that on vinyl around here somewhere...
