My Pony
So I found me a really nice cowboy, Wayne, to help me with Loki. He worked with him yesterday and it was great. Loki was so good. The guy long lined him for a while and Loki took to it very well. He didn't offer to rear or buck, no head tossing no attitude. He did get a little scared and confused, but the guy was steady, calm and quite. It was so cool. He showed me how to do and so i had him going around about as good has he had. Then he drove him back to the barn and saddled him up and put blinkers on (blinders so he can't see behind him). So Wayne lead Loki and John (anther nice cowboy)got on him. He stomached him first for a few circles, then John went ahead and sat up on him. Loki didn't rear, buck, or give any attitude. I am def happy about this, I don't think i will have to send him away now! So I am to work on long lining and driving him for the next two weeks then call him back and see were he wants to go from there. Oh yeah did i mention that they are doing this for me for FREE!! So I am going to bake him some cookies or something.
