*according to wii fit.
Exercise: 36 minutes on wii fit, 12 minutes run, 12 minute cool down walk.
So, I've decided to do this as a daily log for a few reasons: first, it's gives me something to post daily. Second, all you daily LJers can nudge me to update.
I've realized that work is no longer enough physical exercise for me to stay in shape. despite doing a goodly amount of physicality, I'm still gaining weight. So...
I'm really trying to get into some better habits, and some actual routine other than what I'm watching on the boob tube. The plan is to start with exercise daily at 8 PM, and adding an hour of Rosetta Stone Mandarin sometime in one month.
Now, it's time for shower and bed.
