It was a busy, busy weekend!
I was social! With heavy doses of socialization! Friday there was Deathwatch. Game is going well! I am enjoying it. Afterward, I let some of the guys talk me into going to see Fast Five, which was utterly absurd but kind of fun.
Saturday I had a tooth extraction, which went amazingly; I ended up needing no more than a few ibuprofen and I have been fine. Later in the day there was a friend's birthday party, and top it off with some playing of It Came from the Late, Late, Late Show.
Sunday, did some laundry, hung out with two buds of mine, watched the new Game of Thrones, had a blast. (Really enjoying this series!)
Today, I completely forgot that I was scheduled for nightshift, so I worked 10 hours. Whee!
So all the rest of this week I have mornings to myself, which will likely be filled with chores and other such boringness, but it's boringness that needs to be done, all adult-like.
Work is ... less than thrilling at the moment. I have a certain degree of hesitancy that matters are going to work out with the new boss.
