Home again after a pleasant outing to visit pyrephox and have a wonderful chicken dinner at her place. As per usual for any prolonged meeting, she tried to expose amethystjade and I to new crack; this time the main thrust was Angelic Layer and Tales of the Abyss, with a side plate of convincing Jen that the nWoD Changeling is Not So Bad Akchally. Tales did not take so much; but we ended up watching the entirety of Angelic Layer.
Good times were had as always and it is a wonderful thing to have an old friend a relatively short drive away that it can be a quick weekend visit. While we've got local friends, our older friends are all a good long distance away, sadly.
