Is it just me?
Every time I send Yahoo! a support request, REGARDLESS of the message I send them, I receive the lamest, stupidest, most nonsense replies from them, instructing me to do things that have absolutely nothing to do with my original message.
How rude and disrespectful can you get? I ALWAYS get generic replies from them. Sometimes, I don't know why I even bother with Yahoo!. I'm even thinking of switching over to
Gmail when it's available to the public. In fact, I'm sure of it. I'd even sign up for the BETA period just to distance myself from such horrible support.
Yahoo! has pissed me off quite a few times with their support practices. I don't know why I still deal with them. I guess it's better than the MSN/Hotmail alternative.
